The Scout
Network is all
about connecting
people. It's
about connecting
more young
people with
Scouting,
connecting the
right people
with the right
jobs and making
connections that
make Scouting
easier and more
enjoyable.
There are many
different ways
to be member of
the Scout
Network. You
don't have to
stick with the
same group of
members and you
can have a go at
as much or as
little as you
like.
Many changes
will take place
during your life
in the Scout
Network. You may
go away to
university or
college, you may
start new jobs
and you may get
married and have
children.
Whatever
happens, you
should still be
able to enjoy
Scouting because
you can do the
activities you
want to do.
If you are a
member of the
Scout Network,
you may want to
do something
else in Scouting
as well.
You could:
be a Leader
in another
Section
be a member
of a Scouting
club (climbing,
sailing or
drama, for
example)
be a member
of the Scout
Fellowship
- but non of
these are
compulsory
